In this role, you will engage with customers at our airport lots, assisting them throughout the rental or return process while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental or return procedures on our airport lots.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the process.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, entering information, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and in varying shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
