Responsibilities
- Identify off-market and on-market properties for acquisition.

- Collaborate with our in-house team to market and sell acquired properties.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Ability to work on a commission basis as an independent contractor.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
