We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and reporting.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
