Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating relationships, and managing complex projects throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Integrate technology to manage projects effectively from pre-sale to completion.
- Coordinate all individuals involved in building projects, including subcontractors and permitting requirements.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold professional communication standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic construction industry.
