Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our industry-leading team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share in your assigned territory, cultivating new customer relationships, and delivering high-quality post-frame construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales.
  • Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
  • Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including MBI personnel and subcontractors.
  • Navigate permitting requirements and ensure project compliance.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
