Job Description
Join Morton Buildings, Inc., the leading name in post-frame construction with over a century of industry experience. We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to expand our market presence and foster customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new customers and nurture existing relationships within an assigned territory.
- Effectively manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
- Develop and maintain sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate project stakeholders, hire subcontractors, and ensure compliance with permitting regulations.
- Utilize technology to enhance project management processes.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales background is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel when necessary.
