Construction Sales Consultant

Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a motivated full-time Construction Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned territory by developing relationships with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will manage complex projects throughout the construction process, from pre-sale to completion. This includes developing an adequate sales funnel, growing existing market share, coordinating project stakeholders, and ensuring customer confidentiality.

Requirements

• 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
