CNA | Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining their dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents, respecting their independence and confidentiality.
• Follow care plans, document services provided, and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a CNA, STNA, GNA, or similar caregiver certifications.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience with elderly or memory-impaired adults is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
