Job Description

The Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader will oversee catering and special events operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards. This position involves leading a team, coordinating event logistics, maintaining relationships with partners, and driving sales through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent guest service in line with organizational values.
  • Lead Catering and Special Events team to meet operational goals.
  • Assist in scheduling catering outlets and maintaining fully booked schedules during peak seasons.
  • Prepare food to menu specifications with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Maintain relationships with event planners and professionals to explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
  • Oversee partners, address guest complaints, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Perform cashier duties, serve guests, and prepare food as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Food Service and/or Hospitality preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification required.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and oversee a team.
  • Valid driver's license to operate event vehicles.
  • Professional and engaging communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and special events.

Compensation

$17.4-$17.45 per hour.
