Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Shift Leaders to join our growing team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills, including product preparation to meet Cicis standards.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly while seeking feedback to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations and maintain a quality-focused environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service, product training, and effective use of systems.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
