Ted Britt Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As the F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing sales, arranging financing, and enhancing our customers' overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect gross profits by arranging financing to maintain selling margins.
• Establish and nurture relationships with lenders and insurance providers.
• Maximize revenue through the sale of insurance and service contracts.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and completed efficiently.
• Stay informed and compliant with industry regulations.
• Provide training and guidance on finance and insurance programs to the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• AFIP certification required.
