1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. This position offers an opportunity to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed for this role.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative competencies in line with ALDI Acts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
