Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate position at Aldi. As part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. This role requires collaboration with team members, effective communication, and adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Shift and Schedule
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM start time)
Schedule: Various schedules available with specific working days and off days.
Job Qualifications
ALDI Acts Competencies: Must be 18 years or older, conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven.
Job-specific Competencies: Ability to interpret policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, basic arithmetic proficiency, and teamwork ability.
Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
