Job Description
Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join the Emergency team on 2nd shift at the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha, WI. As part of our 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Animal Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Assist in providing emergency and specialty veterinary medical care.
- Handle general nursing care tasks, including restraint, phlebotomy, and catheter placement.
- Ensure compassionate care for patients and clients while maintaining outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of technical experience, ER experience preferred.
- CVT required at the time of hire or within two years.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Passionate about veterinary medicine and patient care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
