Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Technician Shop Supervisor to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our Regional Distribution Center, you will manage the pre-installation of Canon's hardware and software technology, oversee a team of Pre-Install Technicians, resolve customer issues, and ensure efficient inventory processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-installation of specific business system products and services.
- Select, hire, train, and develop Pre-Install Technicians.
- Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory processes and parts ordering within the department.
- Promote a positive work environment and effective communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Service management experience in the office technology industry.
- Hands-on technical experience with Canon products.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
