Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Technician, Field Svc IV-Temp to provide operational, maintenance, and networking support for customers. This temporary project-based position involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, software, network, and system failures, meeting customer demands, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of related experience, expertise in technical support of Canon products, and the ability to exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
  • Prepare reports on product failure trends and serviceability.
  • Provide efficient and accurate maintenance.
  • Maintain technical information, FSRs, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
  • Provide solutions for escalated technical problems and customer service-related issues.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years' experience as a Canon Solutions America Field Service Technician.
  • Proficiency in technical support of Canon products.
  • Willingness to travel, work in a 24x7 environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
