Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Technician, Field Service II to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. in Arlington, VA. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, software, network, and system failures. Your responsibilities will include servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Canon standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues following established procedures.
- Provide efficient and accurate maintenance on-site or in the shop.
- Maintain technical information and Canon property as required.
- Offer solutions for escalated technical and customer service problems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel and maintain necessary clearances.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active for more than 50% of the time.
