Technician, Field Svc II

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technician, Field Svc II to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. If you have a passion for technology and excel in operational support, maintenance, and networking, we want to hear from you. As part of our team, you will diagnose and repair equipment, maintain technical information, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a customer-facing role that requires adherence to customer policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
• Service and repair equipment to Canon standards.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups for troubleshooting.
• Exceed customer demands by delivering efficient maintenance solutions.
• Maintain technical information and provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Address escalated technical and customer service-related issues.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
