About the Role
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for troubleshooting, Canon Solutions America is looking for a Field Service Technician to maintain and support Canon products with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and service issues accurately.
- Provide efficient and responsive maintenance services on-site or in the shop.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal performance of assigned machines.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of internet environments.
- Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
- Capacity to work in a 24/7 environment with shift work and on-call rotations.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
