Job Description
As a Team Leader at Store 7171 in Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotions; or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, basic math abilities, organization, and planning skills are required.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate a cash register.
