Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Shearer's is a leading snack industry contract manufacturer and private-label supplier in North America with state-of-the-art facilities across various locations. We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team at Waterford Township, PA (Erie County) on the night shift (7PM - 7AM).

Your Role

• Lead employees in a manufacturing environment ensuring safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are met.
• Provide direction, leadership, and support through empowerment, teamwork, coaching, and on-the-job assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and activities within departments.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a production or operations management role, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
