Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and customer-oriented Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
