Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neat store appearance
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
