Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a member of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory management and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
