Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and management to maintain a high standard of store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report issues to management.
  • Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently or within a team.
  • Prior experience in retail is a plus.
