Job Description

HelloHero, a leading provider of online behavioral and mental health services, is looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate online therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs, positively impacting their lives from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality online speech-language services to students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Develop, monitor, and report on goals, utilizing research-based best practices.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate directly with school personnel, students, and families.
• Ensure timely scheduling and documentation to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Knowledge of Special Education Services and experience with evaluations.
• Excellent technology proficiency with reliable Wi-Fi and a distraction-free work environment.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $42-$50 hourly, or $50,000-$58,000 annually for salaried positions, based on experience and location.
