Job Description
Join Boeing as a Senior Systems Engineer (Air Dominance SEIT) and be part of a team dedicated to innovation and collaboration. We are looking for a skilled engineer to support Government Training Engineering in Hazelwood, MO, contributing to advanced F-18 Trainer projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems and solutions.
- Coordinate system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters.
- Optimize total system solutions and architectures for mission success.
- Lead requirements management processes and technology readiness assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- 7+ years of SEIT product development experience.
- 3+ years of leading engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aircrew training systems and COTS computational systems.
- Proficiency in developing verification acceptance test procedures.
- Skills in automating processes and network architectures.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/EVM methodologies.
