Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer Manager at Boeing, you will lead a talented team in developing flight simulation software for the F-15 training systems. You will play a crucial role in creating high-fidelity simulations that enhance the training experience for both domestic and international customers. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop software managers and engineers.
• Ensure successful technical planning and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement for cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Interface with Air Force customer counterparts.
• Coordinate with other Boeing Engineering teams for software verification and validation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a software leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in team-based software development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile software development methodology.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience in training simulation software development.

Travel

10% travel may be required for this position.
