Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Software Development Manager to join our team at Zillow. As the Mobile Engineering Manager, you will lead our iOS and Android development teams, driving the vision and execution of our mobile-first strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of engineers, cultivating leadership skills, driving mobile-first development, fostering cross-functional relationships, participating in hiring, collaborating with product and design leadership, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role is remote, offering a competitive salary and equity awards, with a base pay range from $197,100.00 to $314,900.00 annually in specific locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience leading engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with expertise in Swift or Kotlin.
