Senior Plant Finance Analyst

Job Description

Shearer's, a leading snack manufacturer, is seeking a talented Plant Finance Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial activities at the plant, supporting decision-making processes, process enhancements, and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant financial reporting, spend management, budgeting, and variance investigation.
• Collaborate with plant leadership on financial impact analysis and cost-saving recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, new product costing models, and productivity assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and productivity outcomes.
• Interact with associates on the production floor to drive safety and productivity improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills, proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
