Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior GIS Analyst to join our team at geocgi in Okinawa, Japan. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized technical and analytical geospatial support for maintaining an Enterprise GIS. The position involves assisting in data development, applying SDSFIE standards, and ensuring the quality of geospatial data within the system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in geography, computer science, engineering, mathematics, GIS, or related fields.
• 7+ years of GIS experience with cartographic, analyst, editor, or database duties.
• 2+ years of project management experience in geospatial data management.
• Proficiency in ESRI’s ArcGIS software suite and SDSFIE implementation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
