Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure community for residents and staff.
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical or mechanical emergencies.
- Assess security needs and take appropriate actions, particularly in critical situations.
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work well under pressure.
Pay Range
USD $19.89 - USD $23.37 per hour.
