Job Description
We are looking for a skilled RN Unit Manager to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the facility Medicare and Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) process, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. You will also oversee staff training and collaborate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in RN management or supervision in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Active state nursing license and CPR certification. Additional nursing specialty certification is a plus.
