Job Description
The RN/Unit Manager oversees the coordination of Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning processes within the facility. Responsibilities include training staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior RN management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- Current state nursing license and CPR certification
- Additional certification in nursing specialty is a plus
