Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Floor/Unit Manager, you will oversee the facility's Medicare and Resident Assessment Instrument processes, along with care planning coordination. You will play a vital role in training staff and collaborating with various departments to ensure exceptional care standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in RN management or supervision, specifically in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Active state nursing license, CPR certification, and preferred certification in a nursing specialty.
