Position Summary
The RN and/or LVN at The Redwoods is responsible for providing comprehensive care to senior residents in the Skilled Nursing Center. They deliver direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure quality care according to standards and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current LVN/RN license
- Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care
- Independence in decision-making
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move and lift at least 25 pounds
- Meet general health requirements
- Assist in lifting and transferring residents
- Participate in emergency evacuations
