Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN for the position of Skilled Nursing Evenings Shift (3pm to 11pm) at Bishop Gadsden. As part of our brand new state-of-the-art Healthcare/Rehab Center, you will play a crucial role in providing quality nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will exhibit compassion and professionalism in their interactions with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for total nursing care of residents.
• Make staff assignments and provide instructions for optimal care.
• Document information accurately in resident records.
• Administer medications following established procedures.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Supervise unit staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Assist in new employee orientation.
• Work independently and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Supervisory capacity abilities.
• Demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills consistently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role.

Required Education and Experience

• Active RN license in South Carolina.
• Ability to administer IV medication and CPR certification.
