Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join CROSSMARK in leading and managing retail merchandising, reset, and sales projects in a designated territory. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, training and developing team members, and ensuring projects meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team to deliver high-quality project execution.
- Conduct in-store audits to guarantee project quality and client satisfaction.
- Direct and support project work including planogram implementation, fixture installation, and merchandising tasks.
- Organize project schedules, equipment, and materials efficiently, making adjustments as needed.
- Communicate project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, utilizing technology tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or related retail experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Supervisory experience overseeing 10-100 employees.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments with extensive local travel.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, perform physical tasks, and drive.
- Strong English language skills, bilingual abilities may be a plus.
