Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee and manage retail merchandising, reset, and sales projects in a defined territory for CROSSMARK. Your role involves ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and developing team members, conducting audits, and actively participating in project work to guarantee project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in executing projects to meet client and customer expectations.
- Conduct in-store audits and support project completion according to requirements.
- Direct project work including fixture installations, planogram understanding, and equipment operation.
- Plan work techniques, materials, and schedules, making adjustments as needed.
- Communicate project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Utilize technology and tools effectively, and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or retail experience equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Supervisory experience with 10-100 employees.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments with extensive local travel.
- Physical ability to lift and move items, stand, walk, and drive as needed.
- Excellent English language skills; bilingual proficiency may be required.
