Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at CROSSMARK. As a part-time Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in engaging consumers by strategically placing the latest products within Walmart stores. This position offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you will interact with various national brand products such as books and magazines.
Responsibilities
- Reset, stock, and manage books and magazines, including new releases and best sellers. Showcasing children's books to captivate young readers.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Store Management and Associates to ensure successful merchandising.
- Document and report store visits, including photo documentation via a user-friendly mobile application.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation is essential for travel between stores.
- Proficiency in using a smart device for reporting and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with honesty and professionalism.
- Availability to work on Tuesdays and 2-3 additional weekdays.
- Physically fit to lift up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 60lbs.
