Job Description
The Retail Merchandiser at CROSSMARK is responsible for large-scale rearrangement of store products by restocking according to a new planogram. The role involves efficiently performing tasks, communicating with store personnel, implementing retail schematics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Physical demands include lifting items, shelf reorganization, and driving to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform store tasks efficiently and report completed work accurately.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and clients regarding tasks and sales activities.
- Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
- Follow company policies and procedures during shelf resets and compliance checks.
- Complete reporting of recaps, expenses, and timesheets in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Prior retail experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and software like Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Demands: Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting items up to 60 pounds, and driving.
Tools: Daily internet access, printer, phone, and reliable transportation.
Work Environment: Retail store setting with travel; Some early morning project engagements.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, bilingual abilities may be required.
