Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members in all facets of successful restaurant operations.
  • Provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and its employees.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through efficient and courteous transactions.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage human resource functions, including staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5+ years of restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a state-issued driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
