Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Sanatoga Center in Pottstown. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of our patients/residents.
Position Highlights
- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff to ensure quality care.
