Job Description
CareerStaff Unlimited is looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 3PM-11PM position at a skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. The successful candidate will provide patient care under the direction of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, with at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting providers in the provision of patient care.
- Promoting patient independence by establishing care goals.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice.
- Ability to understand and monitor regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve patient's problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in the English language.
- Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license.
