REGISTERED NURSE - RN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Job Description

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a 3PM-11PM position at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Derry, NH! These passionate qualified nurses will have a strong focus on assisting and supporting providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) in provision of patient care. Qualified candidates must have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience. Hourly Comp: $51, Weekly Comp: $2040.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and supporting providers in the provision of patient care.
• Promoting patient independence by establishing patient care goals.
• Resolving patient's problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of recent (within the last year) supervised experience in the Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire).
• Current Registered Nurse - RN license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license.
