We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Banner Health. As an RN in our Observation Unit, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Responsibilities

• Assess and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs.

• Evaluate patient responses to care, revise care plans as needed, and participate in research activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed based on practice area.
• Clinical experience in relevant area is desired.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
