Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join Gentiva Hospice, a member of the Gentiva family and a leader in hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care. As part of our team, you will directly report to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior, providing primary patient management and professional care. Act as the main point of contact among physicians, patients/families, and the hospice team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support to hospice patients and their families.
• Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care.
• Evaluate patient/family needs and contribute to the care plan execution.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical records.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.

Requirements

• Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and families.
• Valid RN license (or ability to obtain) in the state of requested employment.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
