Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a 3PM-11PM position at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Derry, NH! This individual will have a strong focus on supporting medical providers in delivering patient care, with an emphasis on promoting patient independence and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with medical providers and other personnel.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice.
• Understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Promote patient independence and resolve patient needs utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
