Job Description

As a Recruiting Manager at Medicus, you will play a pivotal role in both identifying the best fit medical professionals for full-time positions and partnering with medical professionals to align them with opportunities that match their skillsets. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle, including building relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide and developing new business opportunities within hospitals. Additionally, you will execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings, engage in client relationship-building, and negotiate contractual terms. Achieving key metrics/KPIs that support the revenue goals of Medicus will be an important aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, including recruiting and building relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide, while identifying and developing new business opportunities within hospitals.
  • Qualify, present, and recommend candidates who meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client.
  • Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process, manage client expectations, and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings.
  • Build ongoing relationships with clients across the country through travel, video calls, and connecting over the phone.
  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients, join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and analyze market data to support our revenue goals.
  • Achieve key metrics/KPIs that support the revenue goals of Medicus.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and pivot quickly into different recruiting projects.
  • Ability to communicate and establish rapport with high-level decision-makers at hospitals.
  • Desire to increase earnings based on performance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
