Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fatigue and Fracture Engineer to join the Boeing Defense Space & Security Air Dominance Division in Hazelwood, MO. This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced aircraft development programs and be part of a team that drives innovation and shapes the future of aerospace technology.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct durability and damage tolerance analysis for structural certification of components.
  • Perform structural analysis using analytical methods and finite element models to ensure structural integrity.
  • Support test execution and analyze results to validate systems meet requirements.
  • Document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Investigate failures and propose improvements for in-service products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Astronautical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance and Program Access.
